My weight this morning was 188.32 lbs. Which means I have gained 4.18 lbs this week. That kinda stinks, huh? I am not going to make excuses or rationalize. We all know what happened, right? What I am going to do is make a
plan. And actually stick to it. I am glad to be working through a lot of my issues, but I want to keep focused on my weight loss efforts as well.

Congrats on not getting totally deflated about your gain.. it's just one week, and you can fix it.. especially with your plan..
