I've gotta work on that. I always feel thin inside nowadays. Some days it's hard for me to remember I'm fat b/c I feel so good, but then I look in the mirror...hopefully that'll be a motivator. :)Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13717571306196215906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6609731436315532311.post-91367086056426852502010-05-22T16:14:50.528-04:002010-05-22T16:14:50.528-04:00It's a journey and with each pound that goes a...It's a journey and with each pound that goes away, I feel like I know me better. The layers of shame, are slowly being shed. I just weighed myself after not doing so for almost a week and I'm down another 2 pounds, so that's 41 now. I have another 29 to go. BTW my starting weight was 235.

I used to read your other blog but noticed that you no longer update it. There were so many things that I connected with. Not to mention that you are a fellow Canadian :)

Have a great weekend and keep on keepin' on.

MelMelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11455890279105925731noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6609731436315532311.post-70288866184948941492010-05-22T11:23:29.054-04:002010-05-22T11:23:29.054-04:00Hey Mel,

I always felt like the fat girl even when I was thin and I just know that is why I am overweight now. I am so happy for you that you are the other way around :) I bet that means you will get to your goal in no time. We always create our lives the way we 'see' them. Thanks for your comment!

Cara :)Carahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03150755557433507321noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6609731436315532311.post-33656585977706710792010-05-22T08:47:19.767-04:002010-05-22T08:47:19.767-04:00I get it Cara and struggle with the same things. T...I get it Cara and struggle with the same things. The only difference is that I never felt like a fat girl. Even at my heaviest I felt thin. How weird is that? So, my goal is to look as thin on the outside as I feel on the inside.

You are so insightful. Yay you!Melhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11455890279105925731noreply@blogger.com
